Class fees are generally non-refundable once training has begun.

Uniforms, gear, or merchandise may only be returned if unused and in original condition.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Training in martial arts involves physical activity, contact, and inherent risk. By participating in any class, program, or event, you acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with martial arts training.
You release Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association LLC, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training or related activities.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

(For in-person training, a separate signed liability waiver may also be required.)

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, videos, class materials, curriculum descriptions, and branding—is the property of Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association LLC unless otherwise noted.
